TSG is actively promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in structural geology.

For the 2019 AGM at Bergen, we collated gender diversity statistics from past meetings and completed these with recommendations to improve equity in the future. For the 2021 Virtual AGM, this was expanded to cover other categories including career stage, ethnicity, sexuality, disability and location.
